Hey, Guys, here's some of my work that trying the “sketch to nano banana to photobashing” workflow. some sketches were incredibly old, I finished them around 10 years ago, I don't think I'll ever have the chance to finish them if I don't use nano banana. I've been trying this for a while, But sketching and photobashing is still the most important part, otherwise your work will definitely fall into the very generic category and look absolutely no different from other AI generated pictures. And I don't think simply dropping a good sketch into Nano Banana and expecting a good finished work is gonna work, since it also only downgrades a good sketch into something generic. But it can be a good "in the middle" process in the hands of the person who's able to do the design by themselves. And most importantly, I believe the artistically finished painting is in a different category from concept design. I don't think “AI” generated pictures have anything to do with that. “AI” can be a good helper only when the goal is designing and demonstrating the look of things.
